G. CONFERENCE PROCEEDINGS

Please note: if ordered after the event, proceedings will cost £120

Please note: All fees must be paid prior to the conference. Lunch is not included in the delegate fee. Cancellations received between 24 October through to 12 November will incur a 50% cancellation fee. No refunds will be given on cancellations received after the 12 November 2008. Please ensure that you post your cancellation instruction using a special delivery service e.g. recorded delivery. Cancellations must be received in writing. Incisive Media reserves the right to refuse admission if payment has not been made.
