Technicians
There will be a technician in each conference room throughout the conference to assist with setting up and the smooth technical running of each session.
Laptops
If you are planning to use your own laptop please arrive at least 30 minutes before your session. This is essential to give the technical staff a chance to hook up your lap top, synchronise it with the data projector and leave you time to check your slides — all well in advance of the session.
Please check your laptop battery is not low. Please also bring your presentation on USB or CD as back up.
Presentation slides
Please submit your powerpoint slides for use onsite to Lorna Candy on November 17th.
Even if you have submitted your presentation slides to the orgainser in advance for review please remember to bring a copy of your presentation with you.
After the conference your PowerPoint presentation will be converted to PDF and added to the Online web proceedings. Please email Lorna Candy if you would prefer we did not do this.
