Information for Workshop Leaders
Audio-visuals
For the success of your workshop it is vital that the organiser is aware of any audio-visual equipment you may need well in advance of your session. You will be contacted during November to finalise requirements. A technician will be on hand all day to ensure the smooth running of your workshop.
Free registration
All workshop leaders receive complimentary registration to the full three day main conference. Just keep your badge, this is your pass for the conference and exhibition – no need to re-register.
Handouts
Worshop leaders are requested to provide their own handouts – delegates do expect to have some literature to take away. If you require help producing handouts please contact the organiser at least 3 weeks in advance of your workshop.
Refreshments
Tea, coffee and biscuits will be provided during mid-morning and mid-afternoon break
Personal belongings
Workshop participants are advised to leave their coats and bags in the workshop room during breaks. Any AV equipment should be safe as a technician will be on hand all day.
Speaking to an international audience
We ask all conference participants to keep in mind that Online Information is attended by hundreds of multinational delegates (65% non-UK). With attendees coming from over 43 different countries it is essential participants are as clear and concise as possible when addressing the audience.
Timings
Tea, coffee and biscuits will be served during the breaks:
