Timeline and Deadlines

Please make a note in your calendar of the timelines and deadlines that are relevant to you. Please note you automatically receive free registration to attend all 3 days of the main conference.  This means you do not need to register in advance.

9 July

• Please confirm your acceptance of invite to speak/moderate/sit on a panel.
• Confirm details for publication in conference brochure (name, job title, organisation, country; presentation title)
• Supply photo (web and print format)
• Supply biography
  
  

Late August 

• Conference programme added to the event web site and mailed out

15 September 

• Deadline for receipt of full written conference papers for conference literature (option 1)
• Final deadline for receipt of biographies (if not already submitted)

8 October

• Deadlines for receipt of abstracts and powerpoint slides for conference literature (option 2)

17 November

• Audio visual requirements must be requested and confirmed if anything is needed in addition to standard offering (see audio visual equipment)
• Deadline for receipt of powerpoint slides to be used onsite at the conference (if different from those already supplied)
• Mobile contacts submitted for emergency use onsite only

End of November 

• Session moderators to contact all speakers in their sessions

1 December

• Workshops run at Olympia Conference Centre, London, UK

2-4 December 2008
