For 2009 there are more than 50 free show floor seminars on offer. Dedicated to improving collaboration, productivity and creativity for business, they cover a wide range of topics and are led by expert speakers

Alongside the exhibition runs the highly regarded international conference. The Online Information conference attracts over 800 delegates from over 40 countries. Sessions are decided on by a dedicated conference committee ensuring the most up to date, topical discussions are at the top of the agenda.
The conference for 2009 will have three tracks, two of which specifically focus on technology. The technology tracks look at both updates and predications as well as the implementation of those technologies and the impact they have on an organisational level.

The Opening Keynote slot on day three of Online Information 2009 will be filled by Charlene Li, formerly of Forrester Research and now founder of Altimer Group. Named "One of the Most Influential Women in Technology" by Fast Company magazine, Charlene, co-author of Groundswell is well know for her opinions on how social technologies are influencing all business.
