IMPORTANT INFORMATION  - Please read this section before making your submission:

1. All submissions must be received by August 1st 2009
2. The submissions are reviewed by the conference editorial team and members of the conference committee
3. All case study proposals will be reviewed throughout August and if you have been successful you will be notified by September 1st.
4. To be selected you will need to mark an 'X' in the box on page 2 of the submission form which states you will adhere to the marketing deadlines as laid out in the submission form.  Failure to send in the required information within the given timelines may result in withdrawal from the seminar programme.
5. Priority will be given to blue chip case studies where applicable.
