Group Booking Discounts are available to groups of delegates who book their places at the same time, but please note that these additional discounts apply to the Full Delegate and Association Delegate prices (options A and B) only.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BOOKING
Please note: All fees must be paid prior to the conference. Lunch is not included in the delegate fee. Cancellations received between 21 October through to 11 November will incur a 50% cancellation fee. No refunds will be given on cancellations received after the 11 November 2011. Please ensure that you post your cancellation instruction using a special delivery service e.g. recorded delivery. Cancellations must be received in writing. Incisive Media reserves the right to refuse admission if payment has not been made.
