1. The exhibition seminars are a big attraction for our visitors and are one of the top reasons for attending the event (as polled from visitors attending 2010). Being able to attend free seminars is considered a highly valuable learning opportunity by our visitors.
2. You will be positioning your organisation as a thought leader within the industry, sharing expertise and insight with a highly targeted audience -this is a great way to reach out to new and potential customers.

Please note that priority will be given to those presentations that are case study led.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION - Please read this section before making your submission:
1. The deadline for submissions is 2nd August 2011. Anyone who submits an application after this date will be charged £600 + VAT if their speaking proposal is accepted on to the seminar programme.
2. Please complete all sections of the submission form, any incomplete forms will not be considered.
3. Proposals will be reviewed throughout August by the Conference Editorial Team and if you have been successful you will be notified by mid-September. To be selected you need to mark an 'X' in the box on page 2 of the submission form which states you will adhere to the marketing deadlines as laid out in the submission form. Failure to send the required information within the given deadlines may result in withdrawal from the seminar programme.
